If there is an issue with your order, simply email support@nourishfoodclub.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos whenever possible (required)
Photos are especially helpful for:
- Cracked eggs
- Damaged packaging
- Leaking items
- Warm products
- Incorrect items
Our support team will review the situation and work with you directly to resolve the issue!
