You can update your information by clicking into your account (top right icon on our site).
From there:
- If you’re using Shop Pay, your address and payment details are managed through your Shop Pay account
- If not, you can update your details directly within your account
Important:
We always recommend double-checking your address at checkout—this is the address your order will ship to.
For subscriptions:
If you need to update your address for a subscription, you can do this in your subscription portal on our website.
However, we strongly recommend also emailing our customer support team to confirm the change.
Occasionally, updates may not sync properly, so reaching out ensures we can verify everything on our end before your order is fulfilled.
