Here’s how the process works from start to finish:
1. Place Your Order
Orders are placed throughout the week and close Sunday night for the following week’s shipment.
2. We Prepare & Pack Your Order
Your food is carefully packed in insulated boxes using:
- Compostable insulation
- Ice packs and/or dry ice
- Protective packaging to keep items secure
3. Your Order Ships
We ship Monday through Friday, depending on your location:
- Farther states → ship earlier in the week
- Mid-range regions → midweek
- Nearby states → later in the week
This helps ensure your order arrives fresh and on time. Please see our "Delivery Info" page for specifics per each state.
4. Delivery to Your Door
Once shipped, your order typically arrives within:
- 1–3 days (ground)
- 2 days (express)
You’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
5. Unpack & Enjoy
When your order arrives:
- Some items may still be frozen
- Some may be partially thawed but still cold
Both are normal and safe.
